Westbury at Vinings is a newer Townhome community located on Church Lane between South Cobb Drive and Atlanta Road in Smyrna and still building new. The exteriors are a mix of stone and brick fronts in a classic style. Pulte, the builder has had great sucess with their contemporary floor plans designed around todays living. One interesting thing about the Pulte floor plans, of which there are two with some modifications to each, they have been building the same floor plan since 2000 which gives longevity to those built in the eary years of 2000 because they are still being built. Tthe difference lies in the price differential of the resale vs the new build.  So if one falls in love with the floorplans but the price may be out of reach on a new build it is probable that one could locate a pulte floorplan in an older community for considerably less...the same floor plan!  Those folks who own the resales can boast that their floor plans are the same as the new ones.  This makes for a relatively good investment knowing that a home built in 2000 has the same floor plan as others in new communities built in 2008.
